We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames or if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return them for a one-time exchange or a full refund, provided they are in original condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. This includes the time required for our laboratory to precision-craft your custom lenses and perform a multi-point quality inspection before shipment.
Do you accept vision insurance for online purchases?
While we do not process direct insurance claims on our website, we provide a detailed itemized receipt with every order which you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
Are your frames authentic designer products?
Yes, Mott Optical Group is an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry. Every pair of frames comes with the original designer case, cleaning cloth, and a certificate of authenticity where applicable.
Can I get my frames adjusted if they don't fit perfectly?
Absolutely. You can visit any of our physical Mott Optical Group locations for a complimentary professional adjustment. If you are not near a store, most local optical shops can perform minor fit adjustments for a small fee.
