Returns & Exchanges
At Mott Optical Group, we want you to love your new frames; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original condition and include all packaging, such as cases and cleaning cloths.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Eyewear
Securely place the frames, lenses, and all original accessories inside the protective case and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Mott Optical
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
